Helping you reclaim your story from trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
We all need support to thrive— and many people simply don’t have the village they need. This is especially true for those who have experienced trauma or who have relational wounds, such as domestic violence or childhood experiences of abuse and neglect. Therapy is a place to receive that much-needed support and experience being seen, known, and cared for. Here, you can have your cup filled when you feel depleted by life, work through the worries that are hard to put down, and feel empowered to tackle challenges with a greater sense of peace and balance. You will be met with warmth and compassion, along with a healthy dose of humor. As a social worker and drama therapist, I often use creative tools to help clients reclaim their story. But the real root of this work is relationship. In partnership, we can work toward more of the good stuff— play, connection, creativity, passion, joy— in your day to day life. If you are interested in working together, please visit my website to schedule a free consultation. You can also reach me via email at contact@annarichtertherapy.com. I look forward to connecting!
