Anna Passyn
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Seeing clients struggling with anxiety, grief and difficult life transitions in person in Ft. Washington, PA, online throughout PA & VA.
With over 15 years working with teens and adults my primary modality is ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Related to CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT focuses on increasing psychological flexibility - a sense that options to how we see things is available - and increasing connection with what we love and care about most. Our work together will be dynamic and direct. And, it will be about your unique life and experiences; we'll talk about what you want more and less of in your daily life, and how you might take the first steps to get there.
