Hello, I am looking forward to meeting you. I have been a practicing social worker since 2019 in a range of treatment settings from Emergency Medicine to Community Mental Health. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and on a variety of issues. Since January 2023, I have held a certification (PMH-C) to treat Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (perinatal means individuals who are pregnant- 1 year postpartum). I approach treatment from a strengths perspective, use evidence-based strategies, and will work with you to collaboratively set goals to meet your individual needs. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice.
