Dr. Gutierrez utilizes a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific needs of the individual, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). A significant area of focus for Dr. Gutierrez is her work with women experiencing the emotional complexities of motherhood. Specializing in perinatal mental health, she treats postpartum depression and anxiety, offering compassionate and affirming support for new mothers as they navigate the transition after childbirth.
