Supporting your journey to peace and purpose
Welcome! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating eating disorders. In particular: Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorders (OSFED). Currently I see clients aged twelve and up and my specialty is adolescents ages 12-22. I also work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I utilize evidence-based approaches of Family Based Treatment (FBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Christian Integration-combining christian theology with modern psychology. Whether you're navigating overwhelming thoughts, unhelpful patterns, or feeling disconnected, I am dedicated to meeting you with compassion, curiosity, and humor. I focus on helping you develop skills that support resilience and well-being. I believe that true growth occurs in an environment of safety and understanding, and I feel privileged to walk alongside you as you work towards greater clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance. I am here when you are ready to take that next step.
