I'm most passionate about helping caregivers learn to care for themselves and young adults explore their identity and sense of self.

I'm most passionate about creating spaces where caregivers, or those in caregiver roles, can learn to care for themselves. Similarly, I'm passionate about working with young adults exploring their identity and sense of self, independent of the systems in which they grew up. I see young adulthood as a particularly powerful time in our lives, and I find it fulfilling to journey alongside young adult patients. Many of the patients with whom I have worked experienced low self-esteem and anxiety around a variety of topics. I've supported these patients so they feel better equipped to cope with challenges. I also have experience with the LGBTQIA+ community, people with disabilities, and those with ADHD, autism, and intellectual or developmental disabilities. My approach is grounded in human connection, as I consider the therapeutic relationship to be one of the most important aspects of mental health care. My priority is to create an environment where patients can bring all parts of themselves to sessions and be met with warmth, compassion, and a nonjudgmental presence. My hope for all patients is that they feel empowered to explore their experiences through a lens of curiosity, so their own values and self-knowledge drive their growth.
