Humans were created to enjoy our relationships, but so often life stresses, parenting struggles, hectic schedules, and unresolved conflicts overshadow that innate joy in each other. I utilize Gottman Method in couples therapy to help couples rediscover the joy in their relationship. I believe the Gottman Method is the best researched, studied, and restorative approach for couples ready to fall in love all over again. I work with individuals to help understand themselves, their histories, and build the life they want to live for the future. I work with families to increase attachment and connection, and work through difference. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy in East Wichita. I offer Christian counseling for client who request it in session.
