I specialize in working with college & grad students, complex trauma, adjustment struggles, self-doubt, anxiety, communication, & relationship concerns.

I’m a licensed psychologist who works primarily with college and graduate students, busy professionals, and adults navigating new or evolving stages of life. I offer individual therapy via telehealth to clients throughout California and Florida, which allows me to support people wherever they are; whether that’s during a demanding season of work, a major transition, or a moment of feeling quietly stuck. At the core of my work is helping people understand themselves more deeply: how their emotions, relationships, and lived experiences show up both mentally and physically. I specialize in working with anxiety and other difficult or unwanted emotions, especially when they show up in the body as headaches, stomach discomfort, racing thoughts or heart rate, or chronic tension. I also work extensively with relationship concerns (romantic, family, and friendships), self-esteem and identity struggles, academic and career stress, financial stress and money mindset, imposter syndrome, and complex trauma, including intergenerational and chronic relational trauma.
