I utilize my training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy (I-CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing), cognitive behavioral strategies and Mindfulness techniques to help you create a tailored approach to therapy.
