I work collaboratively with you to process the stressors you are dealing with and find opportunities for change that allow you to live your life in a way that feels authentic and meaningful. Therapy can be a challenging task and finding a therapist that is a good fit for you is important. I offer a 15-minute phone consultation free of charge where we can talk more about the process of therapy and what it might look like together as well as answer any preliminary questions you may have.
