My therapy is a comprehensive group of specialized, research-based methods tailored to meet the individual needs of teens, adults, and family systems. I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy, change and healing that is informed by neuroscience, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), attachment-based, IFS/parts of self, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and narrative therapy. I incorporate psycho-education into our time together to help create an understanding of some of your challenges. As a therapist, I offer ways to deepen the mind/body connection, improve your relationship with yourself & others, manage stress, and become more able to express who you already are. My particular areas of focus are enhancing relationship skills, relief from anxiety, relief from depression, moving through grief, processing trauma and life coaching. I am inclusive, open and affirming of the LGBTQIA+ community and love helping people enhance support for their LGBTQIA+ loved ones.
