I utilize Run Walk Talk© therapy to work with clients to process life experiences, address challenges or struggles and create healing. RWT takes therapy outside of the therapy office through running/walking in nature and creates an environment to allow new thought processes to be created and move from stuck places mentally, emotionally and physically. Everyone can engage in RWT as we begin at a conversational pace walking (or running if desired) that works for the client.
