I'm a queer, Filipino-American psychotherapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with insight-oriented and EMDR therapy.

I’m a queer, Filipino-American psychotherapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges and enhance their quality of life. Whether you’re looking to improve relationships, break unhelpful patterns, set boundaries, or develop self-compassion, I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can explore, express, and grow at your own pace. My work is rooted in contemporary relational psychodynamic traditions and informed by multicultural, feminist, and social justice perspectives, as well as attachment theory and trauma-informed care. I believe that growth and healing happen through relationships, and I approach therapy with curiosity, directness, and a focus on fostering insight. Together, we’ll build a collaborative partnership to help you better understand yourself, navigate life’s complexities, and develop tools to thrive. Whatever brings you to therapy, I’m here to support you with care, compassion, and a deep respect for your unique journey.
