I’m a queer, Filipino-American psychotherapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges and enhance their quality of life. My work is rooted in contemporary relational psychodynamic traditions and informed by multicultural, feminist, and social justice perspectives, as well as attachment theory and trauma-informed care.
