Appointments Available! Change comes through sharing our story with others, having someone see us & empathize with that authentic version of ourselves.
Whether you are coming to me for individual, couple, or family therapy, I help clients by first building a trusting, collaborative, safe therapeutic relationship. Change comes through sharing our story with others, having someone see us for for who we are and empathize with that authentic version of ourselves. Together, we will also explore how we can change your thoughts, feelings, & behaviors in a helpful, adaptive way to create powerful change. I completed my MS in Counseling with a focus on Couples & Family Counseling at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, & I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. Having completed levels 1 & 2 of the Gottman Couples Therapy training, I believe in bringing evidence-based practices into my work. Currently, I work as an outpatient clinical therapist at Advaita Integrated Medicine, an integrated behavioral health practice. My style involves taking a very collaborative approach. Clients can get the most change, healing, & growth by taking initiative, being open & active throughout the process, & showing up for themselves to make lasting changes.
