Hi there. My name is Andrew and I'm a psychotherapist licensed in NJ with 8 years of experience working in the mental health field. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and I've worked both in individual and group capacities supporting individuals dealing with issues related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship conflicts, self-esteem, grief/loss, dual disorders, and trauma. At its core, my therapy is client-centered and collaborative so we can focus on you and your needs. With a background in trauma-informed and insight-oriented approaches, together we can help discover the patterns that show up in your every day life, develop awareness into the tools you already possess, and heal the parts of you that need attention.
