I bring nonjudgmental energy that allows my clients to feel comfortable and validated. I am ready to tackle this journey with you!

I would feel honored to walk alongside you as you begin counseling. I am here to support you, brainstorm with you, laugh with you, and even challenge you at times. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and emerging adults, and their families, living with: ADHD, anxiety, autism, behavioral concerns, depression, learning differences, academic challenges, family concerns, and/or trauma. I bring nonjudgmental energy that allows my clients to feel comfortable and validated. I utilize aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. I approach each client with a culturally-affirming perspective. I strongly believe in utilizing open communication with the parents of minor clients. I am focused on helping you gain real-life, tangible skills that can help make life's challenges less distressing. I will work with you to collaboratively explore goals, find solutions, and deepen your awareness. I oftentimes give my clients choice; this means I will value your voice by presenting you with options.
