My goal during our time together is to give you the confidence to steer your own ship. You will feel heard, safe, and supported with me. It is important to me to learn about you your goals, your dreams, your interests, and your experiences. You are unique. In knowing you, I can know how to help you steer your ship. We’ll work together on sharpening your strengths and strategize how to overcome shortcomings. I will be with you every step of the way, will always go at the pace you need, and will encourage you to test your strength during sessions, but will always keep your comfort and ability in mind. I will also use humor in our sessions to enhance rapport building and comfortability.
