I engage a flexible and connected style of cognitive behavioral therapy in addressing concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, etc.

After working for 13 years in outpatient psychiatry at Duke University Hospital I decided to open my private practice to continue to serve my local community. I am dually licensed as a clinical social worker and clinical addictions' specialist, and offer an integrated perspective and model of care for those that have these co-occurring challenges (or have been affected by them in others). I continue to enjoy working with University students, staff, and faculty.
