A seasoned therapist in practice since 1995, her professional background includes extensive experience managing outpatient community behavioral health centers. Andrea earned her Master of Social Work from New York University and her Bachelor of Psychology from Syracuse University. Her clinical work focuses on assisting those struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, stress management, and the complexities of divorce or other life-altering adjustments. To ensure a tailored experience, she integrates a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamics, and Motivational Interviewing.
