I am an action-oriented psychologist focused on helping you work through performance anxiety and perfectionism, to become your best self.

You have just taken a courageous step in seeking help and improving your wellness! I'm sure you've had a lot of success in your life, so you probably think, "why can't I fix it myself? Why can't I be perfect?" Whether it’s your health, your work, your eating habits, your relationships, or your feelings about yourself; life isn’t always smooth or easy. Your carefully crafted plans didn't quite work out as hoped. I'm glad you're reaching out. I believe that your emotional well-being is the centerpiece of a healthy life, and that we can work together to help you to get through your challenges and achieve your goals. I am a problem-focused, action-oriented psychologist with a particular specialization in working with athletes and active adults. Athletic health means so much more than physical training, and I enjoy helping athletes work through anxiety, focus issues, injury/illness issues, and body image. Emotional health improves performance and builds resilience. You might feel "stuck" right now. Perhaps it is anxiety, depression, food, sleep, or your physical health that has you feeling frustrated and stressed. Rest assured, we are going to work as a team to help you feel better! During our initial meetings, I will get to know more about you. We will set goals and make a plan. I welcome clients of all backgrounds to my practice, and I look forward to meeting you!
