Andrea Bowen

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience, I help individuals navigate grief, loss, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and major life changes. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can address challenges and develop strategies to meaningfully engage in your life and relationships. Our work begins by building trust and safety in our therapeutic relationship. We will collaborate to set meaningful goals and work toward achieving them. In our sessions, I incorporate mindfulness practices, encourage self-reflection, and use process-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I value diversity and enjoy working with clients from various backgrounds and belief systems.
