(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, grounded in compassion and safety to support meaningful change.
While many students seek support for academic pressure, performance expectations, identity development, and balancing multiple demands, I also specialize in working with concerns that extend beyond typical academic stress, particularly experiences of loss, trauma, anxiety, or mood concerns. My aim is to provide a supportive and helpful space where you can process what you’re experiencing and develop strategies to help you feel more grounded, focused, and engaged in your life. Our work begins by establishing a foundation of safety and trust. We will collaborate to identify meaningful goals and I will support you in approaching them in thoughtful, intentional ways. I incorporate mindfulness, encourage reflection, and use process-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and movement toward a life that aligns with your values. With over 25 years of experience, I bring a depth of clinical knowledge and understanding to this work, along with a strong commitment to meeting each person with respect for their unique background, strengths, and challenges.
