I am committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental, and calming space where individuals, couples, and families, can find comfort, purpose, peace and joy.
If you've landed on this page and you're feeling like the challenges you're carrying are heavy, or even impossible to deal with, please know that you are not alone and you don't have to figure this all out on your own. In our society, we don’t talk about it very much, but mental health "issues" are common and you're not "crazy" even if you are really struggling. Support and guidance in helping you live a present, joyful, whole-hearted, and meaningful life is my life's calling. My approach to therapy includes advanced techniques based on scientific evidence. However, I'm not solely reliant on book-learning. Like you, I’ve been through both wonderful and terrible experiences. Merging training + life experience allows me to create a nonjudgmental, compassionate space where people are empowered to transform their lives via personal growth and intentional living. I believe: That therapy works when both of us are committed to your healing. That therapy should address the person as a whole - their mind, body, and spirit. That you are strong enough to be present with what you are going through. That change is possible when you allow yourself the space to do the work. Ana Liza offers both in‑person counseling in Wichita and surrounding Kansas communities and secure teletherapy for clients across the state, making trauma therapy for adults and teens accessible wherever you are. She is trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Play Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, specializing in anxiety, PTSD, relationship conflict, ADHD coping, and life transitions. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician who accepts in‑network plans with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Optum, Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE, she works to reduce financial barriers and make meaningful healing easier to access.
Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
