Welcome! I am a licensed psychologist who treat teens and adults. I help with anxiety, stress, and adjusting to life changes.

I am looking forward to meeting you! I have been practicing for 20 years in a variety of settings including my own private practice. I help teens and adults with anxiety and other mental health challenges. I have worked with a lot of college students and young adults as they move through changes in their lives- adjusting to a new school, peer relationships, family changes, and early career decisions.
