It is my goal to help my clients feel heard, comforted and encouraged. But I also want them to feel there is a clear path to change in their life being developed in therapy. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Kansas with 7 years of experience. I offer individual, family, and couples therapy for teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and DBT. I provide telehealth services in Andover, KS, and accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, KanCare, and Providers Care insurance, with out-of-pocket payment options available. I am currently training in Gottman Couples Therapy and EMDR. I approach life and therapy from a Christian perspective and desire to show Christ's love and acceptance to all clients. I am currently under supervision as an LMSW by Phil Newman, LSCSW.
