Amy Mulholland
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
As a doctoral-level psychologist for 20+ years, I bring compassion, instill hope, teach research-based techniques & use practical problem-solving skills.
A key aspect of a great therapeutic relationship is the connection we build working together, feeling safe, hopeful, respected, and motivated to take the steps to grow. You and I may begin by clarifying your current struggles and identifying your strengths and skills to make lasting improvements in the following areas: life stressor or navigating life transitions, anxiety and perfectionism, depression, trauma, coping with new or chronic health conditions (for yourself or someone you care about), support for physicians and healthcare professionals, women’s issues, relationships, self-care through pregnancy and new parenthood, parenting strategies and support over the lifespan, work or school concerns, stress management, enhanced self-care, and life balance to “live well” as you face challenging things in life. By integrating health and well-being, we care for all the connected parts of ourselves: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Evidence-based lifestyle modifications can lead to better outcomes for your physical and your emotional health. The goal of psychotherapy is increased fulfillment in daily life.
