Amy Mosher

Amy Mosher is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who has been providing mental health services since 1998. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work and currently serves a wide range of populations in Milford, including preteens, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. Amy utilizes a strengths-based and client-centered care approach, tailoring treatment to the specific needs of each individual. Her clinical practice incorporates various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, internal family systems therapy, solution-focused therapy, and stress-management or relaxation techniques. She maintains a particular interest in treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, panic attacks, and PTSD. Additionally, Amy supports clients navigating trauma, chronic pain, relationship concerns, life transitions, and issues related to grief and loss. Her goal is to create a positive, supportive environment that fosters personal growth and insight. Outside of her clinical work, Amy spends her time reading, walking, and being with her family.
