Amy has experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, relationship concerns, grief and trauma
I have been privileged to be in the mental health field for 20 years. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and couples in community health programs and a college counseling center. My approach is collaborative and strengths based. I am attentive to aspects of identity, family and environmental stressors, and strive to make my practice anti-racist. I values working with members of the LGBTQIA population.
