Amy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a Master’s in Social Work from UNC Chapel Hill. She takes a person-centered and strength-based approach and strive to create a safe space for all clients. Amy utilizes trauma-informed, evidence based approaches to address needs of children, adolescents, and adults. Whether it is navigating transitions, relationships, or mental health struggles, she strives to provide the proper tools to guide clients through challenging times. If requested, she am able to approach from a faith-based perspective. Amy’s approach is eclectic and based on specific needs in order to promote awareness of feelings and behaviors, while increasing positive coping skills.
