Amisha Gandhi
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Amisha specializes in relational issues, self-esteem, and has a passion for working with women of color.
Coming to therapy can be scary, and I understand that you may feel uncomfortable sharing with a stranger and worried about being judged. When you meet with me, my approach to therapy is to make sure you feel heard and have a warm feeling as you open up to me over time. My approach is eclectic, and I use different modalities since therapy is not a one-size-fits-all. I am a first-generation South Asian American. I grew up on the East Coast, but my love for the Pacific Northwest grew when I moved to Seattle in 2020. I set out to do more in life than be in the corporate grind, so I decided to switch my career to become a marriage and family therapist. I recently graduated with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
