Kimina Counseling, LLC is a group mental health practice based in Auburn, Massachusetts, providing compassionate, personalized therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults. We create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. We work collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop coping skills, and support emotional well-being and academic functioning. We offer both in-person services in Auburn and telehealth across Massachusetts to increase access and flexibility for students. What sets us apart is our client-centered, culturally responsive approach and our commitment to meeting clients where they are with empathy, professionalism, and care.
