Integrative, experiential, somatic, mindfulness-based individual and couples therapy. Sessions available virtually, by phone, and in-person.

I recently transferred my practice to Durham, NC, and am accepting new clients. I was trained and educated in San Francisco, CA, where I've practiced since 2018. Primarily trained in Gestalt therapy, as an integrative therapist I also bring in a number of other modalities based on client goals, all of which are experiential, somatic, and mindfulness-based. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. Right now I'm not paneled with any insurance companies, but I offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and I have sliding scale slots I'm happy to fill with those who are in financial need. I work with a wide variety of clients with challenges such as anxiety/depression and experiences of family-of-origin, relational, or systemic trauma, female-identified, LGBTQ+, those who are highly sensitive, artists or healers, or those who caretake and/or have trouble setting boundaries or finding their power at work or in relationships. I also specialize in pregnancy loss, reproductive choices, infertility, and chronic pain/illness.
