Hello, I’m an experienced therapist currently offering remote sessions. I specialize in struggles with anxiety, mood issues, and stress management.
I’ve been practicing in the mental health field for 15 + years and enjoy helping support my clients navigate through stressful times. I really pride myself in being able to connect with people as I believe establishing a trusting relationship is one of the most important parts of therapy. I have extensive experience helping people manage acute and prolonged stress, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, family and relational issues and body image.
