I’ve been practicing in the mental health field for 15 + years and enjoy helping support my clients navigate through stressful times. I really pride myself in being able to connect with people as I believe establishing a trusting relationship is one of the most important parts of therapy. I have extensive experience helping people manage acute and prolonged stress, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, family and relational issues and body image. Im open to working with clients from diverse backgrounds and offer a safe trusting space to process through difficulties.
