I assist couples and individuals in strengthening their relationships with communication, conflict resolution, and support while navigating parenthood or adjustments to life changes. I also offer a faith-based approach that is rooted in HOPE on your journey to healing. Personalizing goals to encourage and build resilience, I seek to give hope and empower clients to achieve their goals and overcome personal struggles. I specialize in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), helping clients heal and process emotions from past traumas allowing them to experience a more full life of positive thoughts and emotions. I strive to build therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and collaboration, empowering clients to improve their mental and emotional health through the integration of faith and professional expertise.
