Amber Comeau

Amber Comeau is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, credentialed by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC), who specializes in psychiatric assessments, evaluations, and medication management for both children and adults. With a clinical background spanning outpatient and inpatient settings, partial hospitalization, and community-based acute treatment, she supports individuals across the lifespan in a nonjudgmental and open environment. Her practice addresses a wide array of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, substance use disorders, and trauma-related concerns. Amber’s approach to care is deeply rooted in trauma-informed principles, prioritizing a safe space, transparency, and the empowerment of her clients while maintaining profound respect for their unique identities and beliefs. By working collaboratively with those she serves, she provides holistic care that considers emotional, physical, and environmental needs. Amber earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utica College and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Northeastern University, focusing on psychiatric mental health nursing across the lifespan.
