Dr. Smith is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all clients. Dr. Smith is a trained OCD specialist and an active member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF). Dr. Smith’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and uses the evidence-based practices of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to treat OCD and other presenting client concerns.
