Dr. Smith’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and uses the evidence-based practices of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to treat OCD and other presenting client concerns.
