My passion is for helping teens, and women grow their self-confidence, improve communication skills, and build resilience.

My passion is for helping people grow their self-confidence, improve communication skills, and build resilience. I work with women, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing anxiety and depression. Through working with me, clients enhance their current coping skills, establish new effective coping skills, and heal past trauma. LQBGTIA+ issues, borderline personality disorder, trauma, self-harm, and recovery maintenance are additional issues I have experience working with. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment to everyone who comes to see me. This also includes people from various faiths and cultural backgrounds. I lead with curiosity to learn more about my client's culture and background. Growing up in a military town and working in diverse settings has helped me grow a broad understanding of human experience. 15 minute consultations are always free and available if you want to learn more about my practice!
