I'm eager to support those who are navigating the overwhelm and chaos that life can bring. I believe counseling can aid in finding security and stability.

My approach is deeply rooted in the understanding of attachment and physical awareness, as I believe that these elements are crucial for fostering felt safety and a path to wellness. I support you to explore not only how you are feeling, but also your relationship with yourself and the world around you. I bring a diverse set of skills to my practice, and I strive to create a safe, affirming, & nurturing environment to empower exploration of emotions, fostering stronger relationships, and building resilience. As a Nationally Certified (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) I find my work immensely rewarding and feel passionate about working with young people. I am deeply curious about the systems that support my clients and those that clients may not have connected with or been given access to yet. This curiosity fuels my dedication to creating a supportive and meaningful experience for those I work with. My work is trauma sensitive and relational, and I aim to support those who are looking to be more intentional in the paths they tread. I joyfully invite you to explore steps toward more solid ground.
