Together, we'll empower you to conquer fears, anxieties, enhance communication, reduce negative thoughts, and allow you to feel the most fulfilled.

Are you ready to embark on the courageous journey toward becoming the best version of yourself? I strive to offer tailored support to your unique needs using a variety of techniques including CBT and DBT. As someone deeply committed to serving others, I love helping teens, young adults, professionals, couples, and families meeting them where they are. Using empathy and collaboration, we'll create goals help you to feel encouraged, and guide you towards the positive changes you seek. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral issues, chronic illness, coping skills, family conflict, grief, life transitions, marital counseling, mood disorders, parent coaching, peer relationships, stress, trauma, and women’s issues. To ensure continuity, I offer a set schedule where each client has a recurring appointment weekly, biweekly, or monthly at their preferred day and time, as agreed upon with the clinician. Let's chat briefly to see if we're a good fit to embark on your journey toward a more fulfilling life and achieving your goals.
