Amanda supports healing using a trauma-informed lens and integrative approach to help strengthen identity, self-worth, connection, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.
I am looking forward to meeting you. For over a decade I have walked alongside teens and young adults as they navigate their world, offering presence, empathy, insight, depth, open-mindedness, humor (at times) and a range of modalities and skills. I have worked in colleges, high schools, treatment centers, and private practice. Throughout, I have been deeply connected to my clients in their process of healing, to help them reconnect with themselves, their identity, self-worth, agency, meaning, and feelings of connection with others. I am here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express yourself and explore facets of your life. I can also integrate aspects of CBT, DBT, mindfulness skills, interpersonal skills, and art therapy, for clients who are interested.
