Each member of the Yes To Therapy team has been selected based on their specific skill sets. Our goal is to offer the most comprehensive therapy, catered to each person's unique needs and situation(s). The Yes To Therapy team pledges to build strong foundations with trust, compassion, and dedication. We offer EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Art Therapy, Somatic Therapeutic modalities, CBT, DBT, Eating Disorder treatment, Medication Management and Ketamine Assisted Therapy. We support working with individuals who have complex PTSD, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities.
