Compassionate healing is what I offer through loving presence, active listening, and supportive guidance. https://www.compassion-psychotherapy.com/

You may be looking for therapy to make a change, or gain greater insight into your past and present. You may also be looking for ideas or problem solving to help you with a challenging situation. Or perhaps you just want someone to offer empathic listening and to build a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship over time. You may also want to learn how to offer yourself the kindness and compassion that you would offer a good friend. I can help. I work with individuals across the life span from ages 18-65. I am currently accepting adult patients. I offer individual and couples therapy. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, LGBTQ, trauma, dual diagnosis, issues related to self esteem/self worth, women’s issues, relationship concerns, family dynamics/family stress.
