I serve as the Clinical Director and Outpatient Therapist at Better Living Solutions Recovery Center (BLS) and have for the past 10 years. BLS is a treatment center focusing on treating from a holistic approach to improve daily quality of life and find balance in all areas. Recovery from Eating Disorders and/ or Mental Health Needs can be a very stressful and complicated process. It is my mission to help both individuals and their loved ones go through this process with as much ease and support as possible. I believe that full recovery is possible and am passionate about empowering and supporting others in their own recovery journeys. BLS offers 3 different levels of care with a comprehensive treatment approach, including Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and traditional Outpatient (OP) with multiple tracks for treatment of eating disorders and/ or mood & anxiety. We also offer treatment specialized in nutrition, crisis counseling, maternal mental health and marriage/ family relationships. We use a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family-Based Therapy for children and adolescents, Nutrition Counseling, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Exposure Therapy and empowerment to help ensure mental health soundness.
