Amanda Bitterman

I work with individuals struggling with eating disorders and other general mental health concerns, such as anxiety and depression. I am passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with their body and mind. I strive to help individuals by using creative forms of expression to improve self-esteem, body image, and relationship with self. With my background in art therapy, I provide individuals with a creative outlet to communicate their experiences. Using art in therapy allows for creative expression and healing in the recovery process and for self-discovery.
