I specialize in supporting women and gender non-binary individuals through relationship concerns, body image, and identity issues.

I provide women and gender non-binary individuals a soft place to land to work together to heal old relationship wounds. I light up when I'm working with clients around dating and relationships, body image, sexuality, and racial &ethnic identity wounds. If you're someone who perpetually worries about not being good enough and doesn't know why, I'm here to help you explore what parts of your personal and cultural history are showing up in the present. My background in human sexuality and clinical social work allow me to help my clients explore issues like grief, self-doubt, body image, and nuanced relational patterns in a nurturing environment. I can help you move forward, towards authentic connection.
