You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I work with teens, young adults, and parents navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and growing self awareness. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment based, emotion focused, Internal Family Systems, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I help clients better understand emotions, navigate relationships, and develop tools that feel authentic and sustainable for long term growth.
