My practice is Telehealth only - which makes it ideal for individuals with disabilities and who have busy schedules. I provide empathy, encouragement, patience, and trauma-informed care while helping you achieve your goals. I enjoy working with individuals with physical disabilities, neurodivergents, and individuals who have experienced various levels of trauma. have a clinical background working with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief and loss, domestic violence, sexual assault, and court mandated clients. I utilize various therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual client. Furthermore, I have a background in helping individuals from various backgrounds, cultures and belief systems. Individual therapy goals and therapeutic modalities are tailored to the individual person. Higher Empowerment offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-based Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Multicultural Therapy and Client/Person-Centered Therapy.
