I welcome and affirm clients of all different backgrounds.

Aly (she/her) provides individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents from a variety of backgrounds and needs. Aly has a special interest in working with those identifying in the LGBTQIA+ community. Aly is a trauma-informed therapist certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She has experience helping clients navigate life turning points such as coping with grief, loss, complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, coming out, faith transitions, and mixed-faith marriages. You can expect your therapy sessions with Aly to be conversational in nature and involve humor, providing the space to explore your emotions and personal narrative. When not at work, Aly can be found reading a book and snuggling with her two cats, gardening, cooking, or entertaining. She and her husband
