Ally is particularly passionate about supporting those managing anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). With clinical expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she assists clients in reframing negative thought patterns, building resilience, and fostering a greater sense of well-being.
