Ally Christiansen
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
I provide support with life transitions and academic concerns. I am passionate about working with and destigmatizing sex-related issues.
I help and provide support through life transitions, school, relationships, and much more. I consistently work to destigmatize sex and like topics and am very comfortable with these topics. My orientation is ever-evolving. Building a solid relationship is a key component of a positive therapy experience. I create an inclusive, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and other theories to understand how our thoughts impact our actions and vice versa. I help you build a toolbox of techniques and resources to aid your journey. I enjoy playing video games, cross-stitching, and spending time with friends and family. I love trying new things and meeting new people!
