My Practice offers a variety of treatment options based on the client's needs and goals. The therapeutic experience will assist clients with facilitaitng long term change, reducing anxiety and improving interpersonal relationships. I frequently utilize DBT skills in my therapy sessions. In addition to individual, family and couples therapy I currently have a high school girls group, a young adult women's support group and a Borderline Personality Disorder support group for family members.
